For new centers or new staff, being able to better understand federal SBA documents can be a huge time saver and increase accuracy.

Access to a Shared WBC Library
The Exchange Library is an evolving online space as WBC's share their best practices, templates, curriculum, and examples to strengthen the program overall. We believe by uplifting and empowering each other, all centers will increase in measurable outcomes.

WBC Experienced Contractors
The current economic landscape continues to impact WBCs with turnover of key staff. Our team can step in as an Interim position for short term contracts to mitigate disruption while open positions are filled. We can provide xml uploads, grants management reporting and interim business advisors / directors.

Give-Back Program
Fund development can be one of the greatest challenges to WBCs. By awarding grants with funds received through membership revenue to Affiliate WBC by zip code and state, we are showing our commitment to helping, "Make the Match".

Invitation to a Member Only FB Group for WBC Directors
A peer to peer space for Directors to discuss challenges and ask for recommendations. We feel that Directors can benefit from this private group created just for them.

Invitation to a Member Only FB Group for WBC full staff
We understand it takes a team to run a WBC and know the value in the collaborative community. This space is for all WBC staff to engage and share.

Working with certified fundraising professionals to identify strategies for a diversified fund development platform to increase revenue.

WBC Director Mastermind Circles
We will be working closely with SBA Regional Directors to create multi-week cohorts by area/region to increase a feeling of unity across WBCs.

Increased Client flow through NWBCN
We are committed to utilizing lead generation as a way to not only increase in client introductions to WBCs, but increased donations through the Give-Back program for Affiliate Members

Starting in October, 2023, we will be highlighting a WBC with a spotlight and podcast recording that will be posted to multiple platforms.

After 2 years of hosting the WBC Coffee Chats, and hearing all the in's and out's of WBCs across the country and the challenges they faced, it was an easy decision to find a better solution to helping new WBCs and new Directors.

Becoming an Affiliate Member is Easy!
1.
Register your WBC as an Affiliate member to participate in the WBC Give-Back program and private FB group for Directors only.
2.
Invite your community of women business owners and women led nonprofits to connect with the NWBCN.
3.
Contract with the NWBC for WBC technical assistance and receive access to the WBC Exchange Library and private FB group for WBC staff.
4.
Receive regular grant award through the Give-Back program sponsored by the NWBCN Foundation based on memberships in your area.
